Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the A-Trip Transport website or services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About A-Trip
A-Trip Transport is a platform that connects corporate clients, individual ("walking") customers, and independent vehicle owners/drivers for transport and logistics services. A-Trip acts as an intermediary that facilitates these connections; A-Trip is not itself a transportation carrier, and vehicles and drivers are provided by independent vehicle owners, not by A-Trip directly.
2. Using Our Service
- You must provide accurate information when submitting a job request, registering as a vehicle owner, or contacting support
- Corporate clients are responsible for the accuracy of job request details (route, dates, vehicle type)
- Vehicle owners are responsible for ensuring their vehicles, drivers, and documentation meet applicable legal requirements and are kept up to date
3. Bookings, Agreements, and Cancellations
- Job requests are confirmed once matched with an available vehicle owner and an agreement is issued
- Cancellation terms, fees (if any), and rescheduling policies are set out in the specific agreement for each job or contract
- A-Trip reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if vehicle or driver availability cannot be confirmed
4. Payments
Payment terms, including pricing, invoicing, and due dates, are set out in the agreement for each corporate contract or booking. Vehicle owners are paid according to the terms of their vehicle payment agreement with A-Trip.
5. Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or vehicle/driver information, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
A-Trip facilitates connections between corporate clients, walking customers, and independent vehicle owners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A-Trip is not liable for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any vehicle owner, driver, or third party, though we take reports of issues seriously and assist in resolving disputes where possible.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia.
